What’s included
My fee covers finding the right lender for you, preparing and submitting your application, and dealing with the lender and underwriters on your behalf all the way through to your mortgage offer.
When the fee is paid
My fee is payable when your mortgage application is submitted. I’ll confirm this with you in writing before we start, so you always know where you stand.
If your purchase falls through
If your purchase falls through and you need a new application, I won’t charge you again. If a third application is needed, a further fee of £395.00 applies.
Is the fee refundable?
Once your application has been submitted, my fee is non-refundable.
Commission
I will also usually receive commission from the lender when your mortgage completes. I’ll tell you how much before you go ahead.
Your first conversation is free
There’s no cost and no obligation. You’ll only pay once you’ve decided to go ahead and your application is submitted.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
