Our fee structure operates on a flat basis and is payable upon application. This fee includes researching the mortgage market, advising you on the most suitable mortgage product, submitting your application, compiling necessary documents, liaising with the lender, and answering any questions you have throughout the process.

You will have dedicated support from start to finish, whether that's securing an accepted offer on a property, all the way to collecting the keys, or when re-financing a buy to let portfolio. During our initial conversation, we'll provide transparent details about our one-off fee, and there's absolutely no obligation to proceed.
